A study of empathy, stress and workload in care work

09 August 2018

Are you a care worker who does home visits or works in a nursing home?

What impact does empathy, and the amount of contact a person has with patients, have on stress?

This study is looking for your thoughts on those relationships in care work. Stress is being measured as minor conflict at work with colleagues. It is hoped the study can contribute something meaningful to the area of compassion fatigue or burnout.
